Ashley Cole cs Ready to Fly to Ghana

LONDON - Ghana would be a great venue event entitled charity game, between players in Africa with the squad of Rest of World XI. Ashley Cole is projected to be captain of the team's star player non-African.

The news immediately raised by team-mate Ashley Cole at Chelsea, Michael Essien. Ghana midfielder Cole was willing to enliven ensure a match that will be held in the capital of Ghana, Accra, on 25 May.

"They all have a confirmation. I just have to wait for some players. Ashley Cole will be joining as well as Malouda. So expect a number of African football lovers world-class players competing in Ghana. They will see the former players and players who still exist, "said the midfielder who was appointed as an ambassador for peace in Africa.

Furthermore, Essien admitted he also lobbied on the duo of AC Milan legend Paolo Maldini and George Weah, for the sake of the success of the campaign for peace through football.

"We just want to raise awareness about Africa's peace and hope, we can raise funds for the project unity of African countries," added the midfielder, 28 years, as reported by GhanaWeb, Wednesday (11/05/2011).
