Casillas: Jika Saja Leg I Berakhir 0-0

Barcelona - Iker Casillas berandai-andai jika Real Madrid tidak kalah 0-2 dari Barcelona di leg I. Namun, sadar kalau timnya sudah berjuang sekuat tenaga, ia minta Madrid tetap bangga.

Madrid tidak kuasa mengejar ketinggalan dua gol tanpa balas yang mereka alami dari Barca pada pertemuan kedua tim dalam leg I semifinal Liga Champions di Santiago Bernabeu pekan lalu.

Melawat ke Camp Nou markas Barca di leg II, Rabu (4/5/2011) dinihari WIB, El Real hanya bisa memaksakan hasil imbang 1-1. Madrid pun tersisih dengan agregat 1-3.

"Kami dibayangi kenangan akan leg pertama di kandang sendiri. Jika saja di sana kami bisa mengakhirinya dengan 0-0 maka itu akan cukup untuk membawa kami lolos," sesalnya seperti dikutip situs UEFA.

"Kami harus mengangkat kepala kami dan merasa bangga dengan apa yang kami lakukan di sini. Kami mempertahankan warna kami dan kebanggaan klub kami, dan kami akan pulang ke Madrid tahu bahwa kami sudah berusaha sekuatnya," lanjut Casillas.
